Having a strong connection to Sports for so many years, she firmly believes in breaking barriers and creating equal opportunities for all.

With over 20 years of experience in International Sports Marketing, Tânia’s career stands out from organizing big events like Luís Figo AllStars and Ronaldo & Zidane for the United Nations to holding leadership roles in organizations such as A1GP, A1 Team Portugal, Lotus F1, Manchester City and Valencia CF. Also was responsible for launching a pioneering stadium remodeling project in Spain, considered a key pillar in strengthening La Liga.

With a consolidated experience in digital marketing, advertising agencies and the magical touch of Disney, André had an amazing professional path working with brands such has Disney+, Disney Channel, FOX, National Geographic, 24Kitchen, Nestlé, LG, among others. Now he has a solid mission to transform the landscape of sports marketing.

With a solid nine-year background in Football Clubs, Nuno Santos served as Marketing Manager at SC Braga for two years, and later, as Marketing Director at Rio Ave FC, achieving an impressive seven-year journey. His profound love for football led him to transition from Electrical Engineering to sports marketing, reflecting his relentless pursuit of passion-fueled career evolution.

With a degree in Human Resources Management and over 15 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry and in corporate and sports tourism, Tomás has worked with important figures, organised events such as the Climate Change Summit or the Champions League Final. "Our" Head of Player Care, Teams and Events was also involved in organizing music festivals such as Afro Nation or RFM Somnii.

With a strong background in journalism and digital strategy, Giulia Soares has developed her career in content production and brand communication. She worked on major events like the Tokyo Olympic Games, where she coordinated multi-channel productions and commercial content. At Best Sports Agency, she is responsible for developing and executing digital content strategies that enhance the visibility and impact of professional athletes.
